Have your dinner first

Finish your dinner, then take Hurbex-Z. Please do not take it on an empty stomach.

Pour half a cup of milk

Pour about half a cup of milk into a cup or glass and keep it beside you.

Take 1 capsule

Swallow one capsule with the milk. One capsule is the full amount for the day.

Then go to sleep

Take it at night, just before bed. Repeat every night at about the same time.
