When you visit azfanaturals.store, place an order or contact AzFa Naturals ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use. They work together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

About Hurbex-Z

Hurbex-Z is a herbal wellness supplement sold in capsule form. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

• We try to describe our product as accurately as we can. Photos and packaging may differ slightly from what you receive.
• Every person is different. Experiences and results can vary, and we cannot promise a particular result.
• Customer stories and reviews reflect individual experiences only.

Safety and storage

• Talk to your doctor first if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any medicine, or have a medical condition such as diabetes or high blood pressure.
• Stop using it and get medical advice if you notice any discomfort or allergic reaction.
• Check the label for ingredients you may be allergic to.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.
• Do not stop any medicine prescribed by your doctor because of this product.
• Store the jar closed tightly, in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture.
• Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the seal is broken or damaged.

Who can order

• You must be 18 years or older to place an order.
• You agree to give us correct name, phone number and address.
• Products are for your personal or family use. Please contact us first if you want to resell.
• We currently deliver within Pakistan.

Placing and confirming orders

When you submit an order on our website, it is a request to buy. We will call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm it. Your order is accepted once we confirm it and dispatch it.

We may cancel or refuse an order if:

• the details are wrong or incomplete, or we cannot reach you;
• we suspect a fake or repeated fake order;
• the product is out of stock;
• there was a pricing or listing mistake.

Please keep your phone available after ordering so we can confirm quickly.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Prices and offers can change without notice. The price we confirm with you at the time of your order is the price you pay.
• Cash on Delivery: you pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives.
• Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout or told to you when we confirm the order.
• If we add online payment later, its terms will be shown clearly at checkout.

Delivery

• We ship through trusted courier partners. Delivery usually takes a few working days, depending on your city.
• Delivery times are estimates. Weather, holidays and courier delays can affect them.
• Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and that someone can receive the parcel.
• Check that the parcel is sealed and undamaged before you accept it.
• If the courier cannot reach you after several attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.

Returns and refunds

Hurbex-Z is a consumable health product, so opened or used jars cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

If you receive a damaged, wrong or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the parcel and the product. We will replace it or fix the problem. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

Using our website

Please use our website honestly and lawfully. You agree not to:

• give false information or place fake orders;
• try to hack, disrupt or overload the website;
• upload harmful code or use bots and scrapers to copy our content;
• use the site for anything illegal or to harm others.

We may block access if these rules are broken.

Ownership of content

The AzFa Naturals name, the Hurbex-Z name, our logo, photos, text and website design belong to us. You may not copy, edit or use them for business purposes without our written permission.

Limits of our responsibility

We work hard to give you a good product and a smooth website, but to the extent the law allows:

• we are not responsible for problems caused by using Hurbex-Z differently from the directions, or ignoring your doctor's advice;
• we are not responsible for delays or losses beyond our control, such as courier delays, strikes or network failures;
• the website is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance.

Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under the consumer laws of Pakistan.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of Pakistan. If there is a problem, please contact us first so we can try to solve it together. If it cannot be solved, the competent courts of Pakistan will handle it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the latest update. Your order is covered by the terms in force on the day you place it, and using the website after an update means you accept the new version.
